Despite being one of Australia’s most sophisticated digital retailers in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry, with customers enthusiastically adopting online ordering and the use of a range of mobile apps cash remained a significant way to pay for many customers. As such, the company sought to review its cash handling procedures, cash transportation and banking arrangements.
We undertook a detailed analysis of the company’s store cash handling arrangements and produced a comprehensive report of recommendations to improve the controls, efficiency and cost of cash handling.

Glory Global Solutions Australia
With an already established and strong presence in the Australian financial services sector and a growing portfolio of solutions for retailers already successfully deployed in other countries, Glory Global Solution commissioned the Blond Group to conduct a study of the Australian Retail Sector, identifying issues and target businesses that would benefit from the company’s solution set.
The report went on to make a series of recommendations ranging from guidance on customising their international solutions to meet local market requirements, approaches to progress software integration, consideration on routes to market and advice on how to leverage and partner their existing financial services and business partners.
