With an already established and strong presence in the Australian financial services sector and a growing portfolio of solutions for retailers already successfully deployed in other countries, Glory Global Solution commissioned the Blond Group to conduct a study of the Australian Retail Sector, identifying issues and target businesses that would benefit from the company’s solution set. 

The report went on to make a series of recommendations ranging from guidance on customising their international solutions to meet local market requirements, approaches to progress software integration, consideration on routes to market and advice on how to leverage and partner their existing financial services and business partners.

Thought Leadership Campaign:

NCR, United States & globally

NCR is well known as one of the world’s largest manufacturers of ATMs. However its portfolio of services and solutions for the cash industry are much broader.

Wishing to promote its then alliance with Transoft – a company that it subsequently acquired – and the benefits of its cash forecasting and optimisation software – now known as NCR APTRA OptiCash – the Blond Group worked with NCR to craft a thought leadership campaign about the importance of good cash optimisation.

The campaign included ghost writing an advertorial by NCR’s Bob Tramontano (now SVP of Managed Services) published in Retail Banking Research’s indsustry leading publication Banking Automation Bulletin.
